Your Order Cancellation Rights

Circe and Eros LLC will NOT be issuing refunds of any sort. Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Due to the nature of our product, items cannot be returned once it is opened. Be sure to enter your address correctly at checkout. Having an incomplete address will delay your order. We will Not be held responsible for any lost packages due to customer entry. If in the event a package has to be shipped back to the sender, your order will be canceled and a store credit will be issued(shipping not included). Please contact your local post office for further assistance if your item has been marked delivered, but not received. It is best to include a phone number or email address at checkout incase we have to contact you in regards to your order.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

If you believe you may have a defective product please contact us via email to report the item as defective. Please be sure to include your name/order number, and allow up to 14 BUSINESS days for testing and quality insurance. We will issue you a reship at no cost for all products under 30 days warranty.
